NAVIS is the software solution family developed by Barlas Marine Group for onboard monitoring, configured equipment control, remote data access and owner-approved administrator access.
Bring configured PLC and DEIF generator measurements, power management, tank levels and alarms into one interface. Alarm history, measurement trends and independent monitor windows help operators follow onboard systems. Local vessel functions can operate without an internet connection. Available controls depend on verified device mappings, feedback and access permissions.
Authorised users can view configured vessel measurements through the NAVIS CONNECT website and Android monitoring application. Fuel, water and navigation data are available when suitable onboard sources are configured. This is read-only remote monitoring; the vessel computer needs internet access to publish data. Missing or outdated readings are identified instead of presented as live measurements.
An enrolled Android phone supports owner approval and four-hour service authorisation for configured NAVIS installations. A technician shares the request code with the owner, who provides the matching authorisation code. The central approval workflow requires internet connectivity.
Contact Barlas Marine Group to review your vessel’s PLC connections, measurement sources, monitoring screens and access requirements.
